These terms apply to the Sandbox Septic & Drain SMS messaging program, used to communicate with customers across New Castle County, DE about service requests and appointments.
Message types
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your service request, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, and follow-up communications about your septic, drain, sewer, or well pump service.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your service request.

Opting out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming you've been removed from the program.
